The Great Awakening

The times they are a-changing. What once worked no longer does. Things are breaking down. And, the old model of leadership is going away.

It’s no longer about thought leadership and just talking about things… we need clear, courageous, transformational leadership that takes “inspired, clear, aligned, action.”

We are being asked to develop a deeper awareness of our true motives and desires, to choose our battles wisely, and to gain mastery over ourselves and our impulses.

We are waking up from a long sleep, and being called into a new leadership paradigm. It’s as if we are waking from a dream, an illusion really … and have been asleep for a long time.

We are emerging like Rip Van Winkle, awakening from our slumber, disoriented, confused and with sleep still heavy in our eyes. It’s as if 40 years have passed and the world we are waking to is drastically different, unsettled, and chaotic.

There is no map, as we’ve never been here before.

Navigating the Transformation

We are still in the wobble — experiencing tension between our urge to act and our uncertainty about which actions to take. We’re entering an era of experimentation and exploration, testing new ways of being, interacting, doing business, connecting, and leading.

We’re breaking free from the chrysalis, but still experiencing the pain of transformation before the butterfly emerges. The illusion is coming apart as systems and old ways of being are being burnt to the ground. This is an extreme process of change, with painful twists and turns yet to come.

According to Buddhist teachings, we all have within us a deep listener, a deep talker, and a deep questioner. We move through these states as we navigate life’s experiences. In leadership, our greatest opportunity lies in our ability to listen beneath the surface of things — for this is where true leadership resides.

We must dream with our eyes wide open, be ready to act when needed, and be able to discern between when it is time to take action and when it is time to wait and remain in our flow.

It is an era that is asking us to step into a more divinely grounded, spiritual way of leading. One that fully awakens, activates, and amplifies our unique leadership voices, both individually and collectively.

The Necessary Death and Rebirth

Essentially, we must die in order to live: die to our ego, die to our identity, and die to the old narratives that have held us back. We are rising in a new rebirth, yet there are still things that need to fully die — old limitations, fears, and all areas where we’ve been playing small.

This poses an existential identity crisis for most, as the shift requires us to let our ego die in the process. This identity shift demands courage and a willingness to step forward even when you can’t clearly see the path ahead.

Our desires need to be rooted in something real, something beyond the illusion. We are undergoing a spiritual reset, renewal, and rebirth.

Through this transformative fire, a new form of leadership emerges — one that starts not with external authority, but with internal sovereignty.

And yet, before we emerge fully, there’s something we must face — something every true leader must confront…

Leadership from Within

It’s about bringing clear vision to life. This is the ultimate coming back home to ourselves, trusting our intuition, and knowing our own worth.

This new era is one where we are being called to redefine and reshape leadership from a place of love, with love … and, it starts with how we learn to love ourselves. Leadership is an inside game first and foremost.

The only way to lead forward is to truly lead yourself:
