I can’t fully explain it, but the energy is different as of late.
There’s a powerful surge emerging, bringing with it a desire to reconnect.
Perhaps the fog of the pandemic is finally dissipating, lifting the veil of doubt, fear, and confusion.
More and more people are standing firm in their values, rising above the endless noise of politics and media agendas.
It’s as if, all of a sudden, something sparked, popped, and broke loose. And, it all feels as if it’s with divine purpose.
The Phoenix is rising.
It’s only through the ashes of all that needs to be burned down that we can truly rise again and find our way back to ourselves and each other.
You can feel it. It’s juicy, delicious, and quite palpable.
Individuals are using their voice, their platforms, and their resources to rise above and speak from love, from compassion, from hope.
Ah, that’s what I feel … hope.
Hope. Such a deeply beautiful word that creates massive expansion within our beingness, within our hearts.
It feels like it’s been so long since we came together as a collective society and tribe in the energy of hope … seeing our own connection with each other and with Source.
Hope is the antidote to hate. Hope is the pathway back to love.
Hope paves the way for something we can hold onto, look forward to, and create common ground around. Hope is medicine for the soul.
According to spiritual texts and its etymology, hope means to trust in, wait for, look for, desire or to expect something beneficial in the future.
As we get ready for the shift that’s coming, it’s time for us each to step back into our own sovereignty. The power lives within.
There is no power over when we remember that power is inherently part of of our own DNA. Empowerment means “power from within.”
It’s not something we need permission for. It’s rather, an awakening … a remembering of who we truly are and the magic that lives within us.
When we remember our own sovereignty, we also take greater personal responsibility and accountability for our thoughts, words, and actions.
We stand in integrity, as a result.
Now, imagine for a moment, if each and every one of us remembered our truth, stood in our sovereignty and primordial power, and lived from a place of radical authenticity and alignment.
You might think I have some “pie-in-the-sky, Pollyanna-sunshine” way I am looking at the world, yet I remember the words of the late Fred Rogers:
“Look for the helpers.
You will always find people who are helping.”
I see the helpers showing up everywhere these days. And, I believe we all are here to be the helpers. It’s written into our Soul’s Purpose, it’s the foundation of our leadership, and it’s magic of our living legacies.
The shift IS coming. Whether you want to buy into that or not. I see and feel the potential of what’s possible.
And, as energy flows … what we think and speak about, we bring about.
The intention and meaning we give to life, the vibrational frequency in which we align to, is what we bring about … and, manifest.
So, I see opportunity for greater hope … for us individually and collectively.
The question is: what do you see?
Because leadership is a choice. It’s a function of how we choose to show up, how we choose to serve others, and how we choose to take personal responsibility inside those two spaces.
Each one of us has an energetic blueprint that activates a unique way we are here to lead in our truth, our gifts, and the magic that lives inside us.
